Sound familiar?

Your calendar is full.
But it does not tell you what matters.

- A customer call looks the same as a team sync.
- A 1:1 gets buried between admin and standups.
- Focus time disappears in the noise.
- Weekend events sneak up on you.
- You only realise what needs prep when it is already too late.

ClearCal turns calendar noise into a clear signal.

The meetings that matter,
highlighted automatically.

ClearCal uses simple calendar signals to colour-code your week, so you can spot the type of meeting without opening every event.

External meetings

Customer calls, vendor reviews, partner meetings, and anything with someone outside your organisation. These are the meetings you usually need to prep for.

Tomato red

1:1 meetings

Just you and one other person. The focused conversations that are easy to miss but often matter most.

Basil green

Internal group calls

Team syncs, standups, all-hands, and internal meetings with three or more people from your organisation.

Peacock blue Free

Calendar blocks

Focus time, deep work, reminders, and holds you set for yourself.

Banana yellow Pro

Weekend meetings

Anything on Saturday or Sunday, highlighted clearly so it does not sneak up on you.

Graphite grey Pro

Every colour is fully customisable on Pro. Pick from all 11 Google Calendar colours per rule. Toggle rules on or off, and changes apply instantly.

01

Install & connect

Add ClearCal from the Chrome Web Store, then connect Google Calendar using Google sign-in.

02

ClearCal scans your events

ClearCal checks your upcoming meetings and works out what type of event each one is.

03

Your calendar gets colour-coded

Meeting colours are written directly to Google Calendar, so they show up wherever you view your calendar.

04

It keeps up with changes

New and updated events are refreshed automatically, so your calendar stays readable.

Your calendar stays
yours.

Most productivity tools work by syncing your data to their servers. ClearCal is built differently. Calendar classification runs in the Chrome extension, so your calendar data never has to leave your device.

🔒

Processed locally, always

Classification runs entirely inside the Chrome extension. Events go from Google's API to your browser. ClearCal's server never sees them.

🔑

Sign-in without sharing credentials

You sign in through Google's own screens. ClearCal never sees your password. Your access token is stored only in your browser's local storage, never on a server.

🌐

What our server actually does

Brokers your Google sign-in and validates your licence. That's it. No calendar access, no event records, nothing else.

🗑

No logging, no analytics

No analytics, no tracking scripts, no event metadata. We don't know which meetings you have or who you meet with.

🔍

Minimal permissions

Read events and update their colour. That's the full extent of ClearCal's access. It cannot create, delete, or share events, and has no access to Gmail, Contacts, or Drive.

calendar.events: read & colour gmail: not requested contacts: not requested drive: not requested
🛠

You stay in control

Disconnect from the popup at any time. Access is revoked instantly and all local tokens deleted. Or go straight to your Google Account permissions to remove it from there.

Set it in Chrome.
See it everywhere.

ClearCal writes colours directly to your Google Calendar events via the API, not as a visual overlay. Once set, the colours live on the event itself and show up on every device and app that connects to your Google Calendar.
